1. How do you measure what is going on in my shop?

Shop Metrik is powered by a small device camera, size of a cigarette pack. The device is a powerful computer which is running our patent pending algorithm.

2. What is the cost of the device?

Shop Metrik device is given without extra charge as part of our KPI dashboard to be used as long as you use our dashboard.

3. What is the total cost of service?

The total cost is calculated by which metrics you are using, for a small shop it is typically $149/month per shop, for a medium sized shop it can reach up to $249/month per shop.

4. What about privacy laws?

The Shop Metrik camera does not take any pictures and does not transmit any private information, it just analyzes the conditions in real time and sends aggregated data to the cloud dashboard. It is fully GDPR compliant.

5. Do I need to update my privacy terms?

Shop Metrik basic metrics do not identify specific people and therefore do not save any private information, so if you use those metrics, you don't require and privacy terms update. If you are using the Shop Metrik Personal ID KPI you need to update your privacy conditions accordingly.
